Inspired by our Polish best friend, Vero, introducing our Zupa! A heartfelt soup made of tasty bacon, potato and cabbage and set in a rich, clear broth. Mmm… Bacon!! This hearty yet light soup will fill you up one warm, satisfyingly savory, spoonful at a time, without leaving you feeling too heavy or full.
Listen, we love bacon. No, like, we LOVE bacon. But we also love heart healthy meals, which is why we only use nitrate/nitrite free bacon and we take special care to trim the bacon fat down quite a bit before adding it in.
